I bought a Mac for ease of use in editing but the quality of the finished product on my tv sucks. I do not get this effect using Adobe Premiere Elements 3 on my PC. Supposedly there's a way to get Quicktime to splice video, but I couldn't get it to work. I have been getting what I have seen called the 'jigsaw' effect on the DVDs of my edited videos when I burn them using iDVD. Video and audio was often out of sync, and video clips would duplicate in strange places. It is an excellent DVD maker to burn all major video formats to DVD, including MP4, AVI. I tried Simple Video Splicer for splicing, but found that although easier to use than VisualHub, it produced junk. Aimersoft DVD Creator is another alternative to Wondershare DVD Creator.
